RETURN POLICY​

                                                RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE

• All returns are inspected upon return.

• Must be in their original condition with all tags and liners still attached. We will provide a return for a full refund. 

• Items are not returnable if worn, washed, altered, or if tags and liners are removed. 

• Lingerie or Swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

• We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective.  We want you to love your purchase. We will provide a return for a full refund, if your item (s) are damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.  

• Return can be made by mail only.

• FSF's does not pay for return shipping costs. We are unable to provide a prepaid return label. You are responsible for any postage needed to send your items back. 

• ​Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your return has been accepted or refused. This process can take up to 7 business days from the tracking information shows it was delivered.

• If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

• A full refund will be processed up to 30 days after the items have been received.

• When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your returns is processed. If using a prepaid gift card such as Visa or Mastercard, please retain to ensure proper credit.

• FSF's do not take cash or checks.

• FSF's is unable to process exchanges at this time. 

• Shipping and delivery fee, freight, service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees and drop ship fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

• To return merchandise, you'll need to send your items, including all merchandise tags and liners to the following address: 15480 Annapolis Rd, Ste. 202, Bowie MD. 20715, Box #140.
